Through LOXIN, an Aritex Group company specialized in providing customized and innovative solutions for industrial process automation, we are able to integrate several key technologies into our robotic machines according to our customers’ specific requirements: drilling, countersinking, machine vision, measuring, sealing, insertion and machining, among others.

Our product portfolio is based on articulated robots and robots with our own “TRICEPT” parallel kinematic technology:

PKM Tricept

This modular robotic system, based on hybrid parallel kinematics technology, combines high rigidity, precision, and flexibility, enabling demanding operations such as orbital drilling, machining, spot facing, or riveting.

Capable of withstanding large axial forces and fully integrated with Siemens SINUMERIK ONE, it delivers stable performance in highprecision industrial processes.

Articulated robots 

Sixaxis articulated robots offer a versatile solution for drilling, countersinking, sealing, and insertion operations in hardtoreach environments. Based on standard KUKA and FANUC robots, they enable oneshot drilling up to Ø25.4 mm, delivering high stability and repeatability.

Integrated with Siemens 840D SL and designed for Industry 4.0, they incorporate automatic headchange systems to maximize productivity and adapt to multiple processes.

End effectors

Multifunctional end effectors (MFEE) combine multiple operations into a single head, including drilling up to Ø25.4 mm, milling (aluminum, titanium, CFRP), countersinking, measurement, sealant application, temporary fastening, and even riveting.

Customdesigned for each project, they can automatically provide the right tool thanks to our quickchange technology, optimizing cycle times and adapting to advanced processes such as additive manufacturing or friction stir welding.

Robotic Platform Systems for Production Support

Robotic platform systems enable the automation of complex operations on large structures, providing full accessibility and high precision in demanding production environments.

These mobile and coordinated platforms integrate drilling, machining, measurement, or fastening tools, adapting to largevolume components. Measurement Technology
Machine Vision System: atxVISION

Machine Vision is a critical technology in industrial processes, especially in metrology. At LOXIN, we develop real-time quality control systems and final inspection solutions for aeronautical parts using 3D vision systems based on Industry 4.0 concepts.

Our systems offer the following capabilities:

We locate reference targets, including holes, edges and fasteners.
Our 3D countersink measurement ensures accurate results.

Advanced Robot Control – atxHMI

This software serves as an integration platform, enabling the logical and physical interconnection of devices, process management based on industrial data and the visualization of digital information.

It offers three main services through standard protocols (HTTP and OPC UA): a REST service for real-time data manipulation, an RPC service for remote machine procedures and an SSE service for real-time event streams.

Simulation – atxPIK

As part of our digitalization efforts, we have developed an automation suite that includes process simulation and implementation tools.

The suite includes our Process Implementation Kit (PIK), which integrates:
