Parallel Kinematic Technology (PKM Tricept)
“PKM Tricept is a modular robotic system based on hybrid parallel kinematics technology, offering 5 or 6 axes controlled by digital control. This innovative technology enables highly versatile machining modules with exceptional rigidity and flexibility, combined with excellent accuracy and repeatability characteristics.

- Our solutions handle high axial forces (over 3000 kg) with precise path control.
- We specialize in one shot drilling up to Ø50 mm.
- Our accuracy reaches up to ±0.05 mm with a repeatability of ±0.01 mm.

Articulated robots
For greater versatility, and according to accessibility needs, we have developed drilling robots on a traditional 6-axis robotic base using standard Kuka and Fanuc robots.

- Drilling functions up to 25.4 mm (1 inch) diameter in various stacks.
- Milling functions (aluminum, titanium, carbon fiber).
- Multi-function end device (MFEE) with various operations, drilling, countersinking, diameter measurement, seal application, riveting, temporary clamping, collar installation.
- Our quick-change end device technology improves efficiency.
- Special end effectors such as solid riveting (clamping method), friction welding, vent insertion.

Measurement Technology
Machine Vision System: atxVISION
Machine Vision is a critical technology in industrial processes, especially in metrology. At LOXIN, we develop real-time quality control systems and final inspection solutions for aeronautical parts using 3D vision systems based on Industry 4.0 concepts.
Our systems offer the following capabilities:
We locate reference targets, including holes, edges and fasteners.
Our 3D countersink measurement ensures accurate results.

Advanced Robot Control – atxHMI
This software serves as an integration platform, enabling the logical and physical interconnection of devices, process management based on industrial data and the visualization of digital information.
It offers three main services through standard protocols (HTTP and OPC UA): a REST service for real-time data manipulation, an RPC service for remote machine procedures and an SSE service for real-time event streams.

As part of our digitalization efforts, we have developed an automation suite that includes process simulation and implementation tools.
