But the possibilities for improvement are not just one-way we too at Aritex learn and grow with each project that we care for and maintain with our after-sales service.
Towards digitalisation
We have the knowledge, experience, and talent to transform industries with intelligent, innovative and efficient proposals.
At Aritex, we accompany companies on their path towards digitisation, offering Digitisation, Automation, Control and Production Management solutions for both discrete and process industries.
To do so, we rely on various solutions:
- Industrial IoT
- Augmented Reality
- Data Capture and Analytics
- Advanced manufacturing management
- Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Real-time monitoring
- Automation and control
- Network infrastructure
All to help our customers increase their productivity, optimise their processes, improve quality, and promote sustainability.
We have proven experience in the most demanding industries in terms of robustness and reliability of systems, which is why we ensure that we offer seamless and error-free solutions, validating processes with Lean methodologies.
We approach our clients’ projects with a consultative mindset, advising them at every stage. We are used to working on innovative ideas, developing the entire end-to-end creation process, and taking on turnkey projects.

How we work: best practices, first and foremost
We adopt one of the strictest validation practices in the industry, GAMP 5 (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice). GAMP 5 represents the most up-to-date practice for validating systems in a production environment.
This guideline aims to provide a best practice framework to ensure the reliability of production systems are fit for purpose and comply with legislation.
The GAMP 5 approach can be summarised in the V-model diagram. The V-model juxtaposes the specifications produced for a system with the tests performed as part of the verification process.

How do we carry out our projects?
We go into the customer’s Value Stream Mapping to understand the requirements and specifications, and then approach the development process of the solutions under GAMP5 validation.
The framework described in this process guide provides a comprehensive approach to the validation of IT systems that is accepted within the industry. In addition, the recommended risk-based approach is in line with the application of the European EMA and US FDA regulations governing computer system validation.
The design process
During the URS (Requirements Specification) and FDS (Functional Specification) stages we work understanding the Value Stream Mapping of our clients. This allows us to approach their processes and needs in depth.
Value Stream Mapping is a tool included in the Lean Manufacturing methodology. It is a graphical representation that allows us to visualise, analyse and improve the production flow. In addition, this representation becomes an excellent aid to improve the capture and analysis of the information produced during the production process.

Innovative solutions
We have partners and collaborators of great prestige and worldwide recognition who have a wide portfolio of solutions, among which we can highlight the IIoT platform (Thingworx) and Augmented Reality (Vuforia), both recognised by independent consultants as leaders in the sector.
Additionally, ARITEX has expert resources for the design, production, validation and implementation of ad-hoc solutions and/or based on new technological trends, such as LoraWan, 5G, Edge Computing, etc.
Our engineering expertise is not limited to providing and designing solutions: we seek the success and excellence in all our projects.
At Aritex, quality and efficiency start with you. Tell us about your project and together we’ll make it happen. Let’s talk!
