On 21 February 2023 the BOE published the Whistleblower Protection Act, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 or the Whistleblowing Directive.
As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility and best practices, we have created this Whistleblowing Channel to provide a platform where anyone can report misconduct, fraud, legal infringements, conflicts of interest or violations of our policies in a confidential manner.
We want to ensure that every report is investigated fairly and appropriately. Please provide as much detail as possible about the incident, including dates, people involved, locations and any relevant evidence you may have. The more information you provide, the better we will be able to address the problem.
