How do you coordinate a team of engineers, companies and operators all working in different continents with their own culture and time zones? For example, how can you ensure that a project thought up in Barcelona meets the strict quality standards demanded by a company in the USA while being implemented in China?
Here at Aritex, we’ve transformed these challenges into opportunities, connecting multicultural teams and combining our technical expertise to successfully carry out projects where compliance with deadlines and quality requirements is vital. From design to final delivery, we make sure that every technical detail reflects our commitment to excellence and cutting-edge engineering.
In this article, we present several projects that required high levels of coordination and management due to their international scale and complexity.

Aeronautics – One team, 3 countries. From Seattle to Barcelona to Shanghai
An example that highlights our ability to manage global projects was the duplication and adaptation of an existing paint shop in Seattle, tailoring it with specific modifications for implementation in Tianjin, China.
In the aeronautics sector, paint shops are facilities where aircraft are painted, requiring complex access solutions and ergonomic considerations due to the size of the product.
The coordination of this project was managed from Aritex USA (Seattle), leveraging proximity to the client to ensure smooth communication. Simultaneously, the design was developed at our headquarters in Badalona (Spain), while manufacturing and assembly were carried out by Aritex China (Shanghai).
To ensure the project’s smooth execution, leveraging the latest telematic methods, regular coordination and follow-up meetings were organized among the three locations. This approach enabled agile communication and efficient coordination throughout the entire process, ensuring the project remained active at all times, with teams working continuously and in sync to ensure each phase progressed seamlessly and according to the planned schedule.
As a result, the design was developed based on the specifications of our client in Seattle, but adapted to the local needs of the end user in China. This involved selecting technical solutions, materials, and components that met the strict standards of the American client while adhering to local regulations and supply conditions in China.
This experience reflects our ability to manage complex global projects, thanks to our multinational structure, which allows us to deliver perfectly integrated solutions wherever in the world our client may be.
Wind Energy – Synergies between Europe and China
At Aritex, we are not only recognized for our expertise in the aeronautics sector but have also expanded our background into the energy sector. In this field, we have taken on the challenge of building two wind turbine facilities, one in Europe and another in Asia, maximizing the competitive advantages of both continents. In Europe, specifically in France, we carried out the technological development, production, and commissioning of the project. Once validated with the customer, we proceeded to replicate it in Jieyang, China, maintaining the same quality standards in both countries.
This project showcases Aritex’s true strength: our ability to manage global projects across two continents. Thanks to this approach, we successfully met the stringent regulations of the energy sector throughout the process, completing a project with global reach.
Global expansion
Aritex knows that trust is vital for the success of any project. That’s why we make sure that our customers receive a high-quality product and simultaneously to provide them with the reassurance of working with a team that understands their needs, culture and expectations. This enables us to create relationships based on trust that facilitate smooth collaboration, regardless of where the project is.
We have headquarters in key countries such as Spain, France, Brazil, Mexico and the USA, and a strong presence in China thanks to our two subsidiaries (Shanghai and Tianjin), which strategically position us to take on complex projects in the future, especially in the highly competitive international aeronautics market.
Aritex is a global benchmark in this sector. If you have a project in mind, we’re ready to make it all happen: Contact us today and work with us to make it a global success!
